CELEBRATE THE CRANBERRY
Did you know that we are approaching peak cranberry harvest season?
In Massachusetts, which is one of the top cranberry producers in the country, cranberries are harvested from mid-September through November.
Cranberries, a relative of the blueberry, can be enjoyed fresh or dried, in sweet or savory dishes, from baked goods and trail mixes to sauces (cranberry sauce anyone?!), salsas and even cocktails.
If you are coming to visit us at our store in North Truro, make sure to schedule a bog tour with one of the many cranberry farms on the Cape!
