Carrots, Onion, Tomatoes, Spinach, Celery, Red and Green Bell Peppers.
Use in your favorite soup or stew, add to rice while cooking, add to sauces, or any recipes that call for cooked vegetables.
Use 3 parts liquid (water, soup stock, bouillon, etc) to 1 part vegetable soup blend. Soak for 30 minutes. It is not necessary to rehydrate vegetables prior to using them in a recipe that requires cooking, just simmer until tender.
