Description:
Nostrano, meaning “our own”, is a Tempesta original. Like our other salami, Nostrano is made from heritage Berkshire and Duroc pigs raised on family farms, and like many traditional salami, we seasoned it with wine (Chianti) and garlic. We stray from tradition by adding pink peppercorns to bring a floral aromatic and striking color to every slice. Nostrano pairs well with Chianti of course, and will complement any light red or crisp sparkling white, as well.
