Raw, shelled, unsalted sunflower seeds. Great for snacking on plain, adding to trail mixes and granolas, using in breads and baked goods, or toasting in a skillet and flavoring with your desired seasoning.
Suggested Snack Recipe:
Heat sunflower seeds in a wok or frying pan until slightly roasted. Remove from the pan and add a moderate amount of soy sauce while the sunflower seeds are still hot. Eat and enjoy!
