Great Northern Beans, Dehydrated Vegetables (onions, carrots, celery, red/green peppers), Spinach, Parsley, Celery Flakes, Garlic, Onion, Dill and Lemon Peel.
Place soup blend in a pot, add 11 cups of chicken broth, water or a combination of both. Bring to a boil, after a couple of minutes of boiling, lower heat to medium-low, cover and simmer 1 to 2 hours (stirring occasionally) or until beans are at desired tenderness, add salt and pepper to taste.
