Flexible, nonstick silicone offers instant, easy release without the use of grease. Nonabsorbent silicone keeps moisture in food and won't retain odors. Doubles as a baking liner and promotes even heating. Silicone is high heat resistant to 450°F / 235°C. Replaces the need for parchment paper, butter or nonstick sprays.
