Long Grain White Rice, Celery Flakes, Onion, Tomato Flakes, Bell Peppers, Garlic, Salt, Tomato Powder, Cayenne Pepper and Black Pepper.
Prepare Jambalaya Mix as is or prepare with 1 lb. of your choice of smoked sausage, shrimp or chicken (pre-cooked). Or try a delicious combination of all three. Cut into bite size pieces. In a medium sauce pan bring 2 1/2 cups of water and 1 tablespoon butter to a boil. Stir in the contents of package and meat/shrimp if using any. Return to boil. Cover and reduce heat to medium low. Simmer 20 minutes or to desired texture, stirring occasionally.
