Description:
Peppermint brews a sharp, refreshing tea with its signature scent. It is commonly used to flavor toothpaste, confections, gum, etc. Aside from its reputation as a mental refresher, it also has been used to ease stomach ailments. This product is packaged in oxygen-bleached tea bags which have no string, staples, or tags.
Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 tea bag per 8 oz of water. Steep in just boiled water that is around 200°F-212°F, for 3-5 minutes or longer, depending on taste.
Note:
The natural cellulose fibers are compostable/biodegradable, however, upon completion of composting, a residue of synthetic fibers (Polyefin) will remain. This prevents this paper from meeting the EN13432 requirements for composability. So most of it will break down easily, but the fibers will not entirely.
