Description:
A brisk, warming black tea with bright orange notes and strong clove spiciness. Serve black or add a twist of lemon and sweeten. Great on those cold winter days. Do not add milk to this tea, as the citrus oils will cause the milk to curdle.
Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in water that has come to a rolling boil or nearly boiling (200°F-212°F) for 3-5 minutes.
