Description:
Also known as orange zest. Great for use in baking recipes like cakes, muffins, and scones. Best reconstituted before use in baking. Orange zest is also good for use in marinades and rubs, to flavor craft beers, as a garnish for a pop of color or in soaps and other cosmetic applications. It is about 1/3 the size of a grain of rice and sourced from confirmed non-GMO oranges.
Rehydration Instructions:
1/2 tsp granules and 1/2 tsp warm water equals 1 tsp grated orange peel. Allow to rehydrate for ten minutes.
