FALL FAVORITES
The cooler weather is quickly approaching and with it comes more time spent indoors, which also means more time spent preparing and cooking soul-warming foods. Whether you are making mulled cider or wine to drink around the fire, preparing a charcuterie board for game day or cooking up a feast and setting the table for the holidays, we all agree that time should not be stressful.
So go ahead and bring out your slow cooker, instant pot, and roasting racks, we have almost everything else you may need to help you cook and enjoy the process.
Among our favorite fall spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin pie seasoning), you will find dried fruit and nuts (I was told now is the time to make those holiday fruit cakes), handy tools and gadgets (fat separator, thermometer, Hasselback potato guide, etc.), and even bar & entertainment tools (not everyone likes to cook, we know - zesters, double jigger, cocktail shakers, etc.).
Take a look below and let us know if there is anything else you are in need of!
Mulling Spice Blend
A traditional mulling spice blend for mulled wines and ciders. Mulling spices may also be incorporated into the brewing process to make spiced beer.
We recommend using 1 cup of Mulling Spices per 8 cups of cider, steeping for 20 min or longer, then straining. Use a mesh tea ball or a muslin bag to contain the mulling spices if you wish.
Cranberries Dried (Fruit Juice Sweetened)
Fruit Juice-Sweetened Dried Cranberries are prepared by gently infusing apple juice concentrate into sliced, cranberries. The product is then carefully dried to preserve color and flavor, and lightly sprayed with oil. No preservatives, flavorings or colorings are added.
