Couscous made with Wheat Flour, Parsley, Mushrooms, Red Peppers, Garlic, Lemon Peel, Salt, Oregano, Thyme and Black Pepper.
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to skillet, heat to medium high, add couscous. Cook until golden brown, stirring to avoid burning 3-5 minutes. Add 2 1/4 cups boiling water, bring to a boil, cover and lower heat to medium low. Simmer until tender and liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally 10-15 minutes. take off heat, keep covered for a couple of minutes, sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
