Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Whey, Salt, Disodium Phosphate, Lactic Acid.
Mild cheddar cheese powder. Rennet used is vegetarian (from microbial source). Used for making macaroni & cheese, sprinkling on potatoes, popcorn, etc.
To make macaroni and cheese: Cook 6 oz of macaroni according to package directions. Drain and return to the pot you cooked it in. Add 1/4 cup butter and mix until melted. Add 1/4 cup cheese powder and 1/4 cup milk. Stir constantly over low heat until smooth.
