German chamomile flowers, grown in Egypt. Also known as Wild Chamomile, Hungarian Chamomile, and Scented Mayweed. Primarily used for herbal tea and cosmetic purposes. Chamomile is recognized the world over as a traditional soothing, sleepy-aiding herbal tea.
Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in just boiled water that is around 200°F-212°F, for 3-5 minutes or longer, depending on taste.
