Description:
Our go-to seasoning for flank, skirt or flat iron steak or for street tacos. Mix 1/2 cup seasoning with 1/2 cup canola or soybean oil. Marinate the meat for 6-24 hours in it. Grill over high heat or pan sear, then let it rest for 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
Kosher Salt, Brown Sugar, Minced Garlic, Spices including Black Pepper and Cumin, Natural Beef Flavor, Chipotle Pepper, Cilantro, and Essential Oils of Orange and Lime.
