Brown Pad Thai Noodles are medium-width rice flour noodles that are used in the
Thai stir-fried noodle dish of the same name. These gluten-free noodles are made
from organic brown rice and have a chewy, toothsome texture and easily absorb
the flavors of whatever they are cooked with.
Soak dry noodles in lukewarm water for 15 to 20 minutes. Noodles should be
slightly firmer than al dente. Drain and add to recipe.
