Orzo, Rainbow, Tri-Colored Italian

Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add 1 cup of orzo and
return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes until tender. Drain
and serve. Yields 3 cups cooked. Cooking tip: Add uncooked orzo to soups during
the last ten minutes of cooking.
