Kraft brand powdered cheese blend suitable for macaroni and cheese, sprinkling
on potatoes as a substitute for butter, flavoring popcorn, and using in a
variety of other recipes.
To make macaroni and cheese, cook 6 oz of elbow macaroni. Drain water out of
pot. Add 1.5 oz of cheese powder, 1/4 cup of butter or margarine, and 1/4 cup of
milk to macaroni. Stir over low heat until blended smooth.
